Junior Affiliate Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fresher) who is eager to start a career in performance and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate should have basic digital marketing knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn affiliate partnerships, campaign tracking, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting affiliate marketing programs
• Help onboard new affiliates and maintain relationships with existing partners
• Coordinate with affiliates for campaign updates, offers, and creatives
• Track affiliate performance including clicks, leads, and conversions
• Prepare basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets
• Monitor traffic quality and flag any suspicious or low-quality activity
• Support the team in optimizing campaigns for better performance
• Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and program policies
• Stay updated with affiliate marketing and digital marketing trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn performance marketing and analytics
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
