Affiliate Marketing Manager

We need someone scrappy, organized, and good with people to recruit, onboard, and manage creators in our partner program. You'll DM creators on TikTok and Instagram, manage our dashboard, vet applications, and keep partners shipping content.

This is a real ownership role — not a coordinator job. Within 30 days you should be running the program with minimal hand-holding.

Location: Remote, US-based.

Compensation — 100% performance-based

We don't pay hourly. You get paid when partners produce.

-$50 per active partner you onboard. Active = posts at least 4 times and makes their first sale within 30 days.

- 10% of every sale generated by partners you recruited, for the first 12 months they're with us

- No cap on either side

How that math works: if you recruit a partner who drives $150k of patient revenue in their first year, you earn $15,000 from that one recruit — on top of the $50 onboarding bonus. Strong managers compound this with multiple active partners and earn well into six figures.

If you're looking for a salary, this isn't it. If you want to build something on a base of upside that compounds, this is exactly it.

What you'll actually do

- Source 50+ creators per week via TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.

- Send personalized cold DMs and outreach emails (we provide templates — you'll iterate)

- Onboard approved partners: partner kit, content guide walkthrough

- Manage applications, approvals, and rejections

- Run monthly partner check-ins, surface top performers, identify churn risk

- Track and report on partner-driven revenue, conversion rates, and channel performance

- Coordinate physical partner gifts (hat fulfillment, etc.)

- Iterate on partner page copy, application form, and pitch templates based on what's working

What we need from you

- Experience in creator/influencer/affiliate marketing (DTC or telehealth a big plus)

- Comfortable doing 30–50 DMs/day and not getting demoralized when 70% don't reply

- Sharp written communication — your pitches should sound like a human, not a bot

- Spreadsheet-fluent. You'll live in pipeline trackers.

- Self-directed. We are not micromanagers.

Bonus

- Existing relationships with creators in fitness, GLP-1, biohacking, longevity, hormone, or beauty niches

- Experience working with regulated DTC brands (peptides, supplements, telehealth, CBD, etc.)

- Comfort with TikTok creator culture

- Familiarity with FTC disclosure rules for paid partnerships
