Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a versatile Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help us promote our products and grow our sales across different online platforms.

Your main goal will be traffic orchestration—which means knowing exactly where to introduce people to our products (like social media) and where to send them when they are ready to buy (like a detailed blog post or store page). You will connect these different channels to create a smooth shopping journey for our audience.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

1. Drive Traffic from Multiple Places

• Visual Social Media: Use platforms like Pinterest or Instagram to catch people's attention with great visuals and send them to our site.
• Search Engines (SEO): Help write and manage blog posts—like product comparisons, reviews, and "how-to" guides—that rank well on Google when people are searching for answers.
• Online Communities: Find relevant groups on Reddit, Quora, or specialized forums to answer questions helpfully and share our product links naturally.

2. Guide Users to the Sale & Keep Links Healthy

• Connect the Dots: Build simple journeys (funnels) that guide someone from casually browsing social media to reading a blog post, and finally clicking through to buy.
• Link Management: Make sure all affiliate links are working perfectly, tracking sales accurately, and not broken.
• Follow the Rules: Ensure all posts obey legal guidelines (like FTC disclosures) and specific platform rules (like Amazon or Pinterest policies) so our accounts don't get flagged.

3. Track Results & Improve

• Analyze Data: Look at dashboards and Google Analytics to see which platforms bring in the most profitable, long-term customers.
• Test & Tweak: Experiment with different images, headlines, and captions to find out what gets the most clicks and sales.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
• Multi-Platform Skills: Experience managing at least two different channels (for example: Blog + Pinterest, or TikTok + Email).
• SEO Basics: You understand how people search on Google and how to structure a blog post to match what they are looking for.
• Adaptable Writing: You can easily switch writing styles—keeping it short and punchy for social media, but detailed and trustworthy for blog articles.
• Tech-Savvy: You know your way around standard affiliate networks (like Impact, ShareASale, or CJ) and website systems like WordPress or Shopify.
