Job Duties
-
Provides distinguished services and consultancies to Affluent Customers inside the branch and aiming at increasing their portfolio.

Attracting new customers from this segment and meeting business sales targets.

capability to manage 2-3 branches’ portfolios.

Manage customers' portfolios to effectively increase the bank's segment profit ability.

Ensure constant contract with Affluent Customers through prudent approach aiming at diversifying and expanding existing portfolios.

Propose and promote services and products that best fit the needs of targeted customers.

Ensure to meet target of business sales plan and optimize the benefit of advantages of the area covered by the branch.

Ensure constant contact plan with affluent customers through prudent approach of deepening existing portfolios as well as attracting new customers as part of the on- boarding plan.

Prepare credit application and required document to be sent to concerned entity for analysis and approval.

Conduct site visits to prospect customers to attract new clients.

Ensure providing prompt assistance to Affluent & Private Clients.

Ensure customers' satisfaction and alignment with concerned functions to solve any complaints.

Willing to join opportunities available all over Egypt.
Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of the Banking Services & Knowledge of the Banking Products.

Knowledge of Banking Systems, Software, and Tools.

2-6 years of experience at the banking sector.

Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in the Affluent segment.
