After Hours Dispatcher

We're adding to our team!! We are looking for someone to join our weekend rotation working Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays every other weekend! Weekday shifts may be available on an as needed basis - but are not required.

Dispatchers are responsible for answering calls for our after-hours emergency on-call team. Dispatchers are scheduled in shifts where you get paid the entire time regardless of if there’s back-to-back calls or no calls! You’ll answer incoming calls, take detailed notes, and assign a technician to head to the site. Taking detailed notes and great communication is very important! We provide on-call Monday through Friday 5pm-7am and Saturday and Sunday all day.

This job is mostly remote! However, there is a mandatory monthly in person meeting at our Maple Grove office as well as a weekly teams meeting.

Job Summary:

Emergency Response:

-Responding to after-hours calls from clients regarding service requests, emergencies, or other issues.

-Dispatching appropriate personnel or service technician promptly to address urgent situations.

Communication:

-Coordinating communication between field personnel, clients and internal teams for timely issue resolution.

-Providing clear and concise information to all parties involved, including detailed job instructions and updates and if a follow up is needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

-Recording accurate and thorough documentation of all calls, dispatch and tech times and activities and following actions taken.

Customer Service:

-Demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and exceptional customer service in all interactions with clients and residents.

-Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a focus on resolution and satisfaction
