Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient After Sales Engineer to join our After-Sales team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for our specialized vehicles and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term product reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnostics, and repairs for Meraj vehicles (firefighting trucks, municipal vehicles, pumps, etc.) and equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and warranty services.
- Train customers and end-users on product operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the parts department for timely supply of spare parts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to after-sales service.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain service records.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for product improvements based on field feedback.
- Travel to customer sites within Pakistan and occasionally internationally for service calls.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field (BE/BSc preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in after-sales service, field service engineering, or technical support, preferably in heavy vehicles, automotive, or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, chassis (e.g., Isuzu, MAN, Scania, Mercedes-Benz), and firefighting/municipal equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in field conditions.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu; additional languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Valid driving license preferred.
