Associate DevOps Support Engineer

We are hiring Associate DevOps Support Engineer:

Job Description:

• Deploy products/projects updates and fixes
• Provide Level 2 technical support
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Develop internal dashboards and software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related field

Job Specifications:

• Fresher to 6 months experience in DevOps
• Good knowledge of Python, Bash and MERN
• Basic knowledge of databases like MongoDB, SQ
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Good problem-solving skills
• You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile mindset, improve product features and enable business outcomes.
• You are inquisitive and eager to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible to work on day and night shifts and will be part of roaster on need basis.
