After-Sales Engineer

After-Sales Engineer – RMU & MV Switchgear


We are looking for a motivated After-Sales Engineer to join our Customer Service team. The role focuses on providing technical after-sales support for RMU, MV Switchgear, and metering systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RMU and MV Switchgear.
  • Perform maintenance, modification, and repair activities based on site requirements.
  • Prepare red-line / mark-up drawings and support final as-built documentation.
  • Support Head-End System (HES) integration with utility management platforms.
  • Perform firmware updates and troubleshoot communication networks.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers after product delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and technicians on system operation and maintenance.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure after-sales activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment during field and workshop activities.
  • Stay updated on industry technologies and regulatory requirements.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh or early-career experience in after-sales service is preferred.
  • Experience with NB-IoT, IoT, 2G, or 4G communication technologies is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of diagnosing and repairing metering hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with Head-End Systems (HES).
  • Willingness to work in field, office, and repair environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
