After-Sales Engineer – RMU & MV Switchgear
We are looking for a motivated
After-Sales Engineer
to join our Customer Service team. The role focuses on providing technical after-sales support for RMU, MV Switchgear, and metering systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RMU and MV Switchgear.

Perform maintenance, modification, and repair activities based on site requirements.

Prepare red-line / mark-up drawings and support final as-built documentation.

Support Head-End System (HES) integration with utility management platforms.

Perform firmware updates and troubleshoot communication networks.
Customer Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for customers after product delivery.

Conduct training sessions for customers and technicians on system operation and maintenance.

Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety

Ensure after-sales activities comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety procedures.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment during field and workshop activities.

Stay updated on industry technologies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh or early-career experience in after-sales service is preferred.

Experience with NB-IoT, IoT, 2G, or 4G communication technologies is an advantage.

Knowledge of diagnosing and repairing metering hardware and software.

Familiarity with Head-End Systems (HES).

Willingness to work in field, office, and repair environments.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
