What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate After Sales Executive who will join our team at Customer Care Directorate in Arçelik Türkiye.

• Plan and monitor regional activities regarding customer satisfaction,
• Visit authorized dealers and authorized services and solve their problems,
• Control authorized service centers within the boundaries of the region to oversee their compliance with company procedures and service standarts,
• Control pay – benefits of the authorized services,
• Report all activites to the regional administrator.

The position located in Antalya, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus),
• Highly skilled in management,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related area,
• Having the desire to time management and thinking broadly about business,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovative culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communicationis always our priority.
