Our client, a leading IoT and Telematics Solutions provider, is looking for a dynamic After Sales Executive (Field) to ensure seamless post-installation customer support and strengthen client relationships through on-site service and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites to ensure smooth product performance and address post-installation issues.
- Troubleshoot IoT hardware/software concerns in coordination with the technical team.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct product testing, replacement, or configuration as required.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to clients on IoT solutions.
- Maintain accurate visit logs, service reports, and feedback records.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in after-sales, field service, or technical support (IoT/Telematics preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, customer handling, and basic troubleshooting ability.
- Other: Must be willing to travel within the city and have a valid motorcycle license.
