After Sales Performance & Digital Transformation Specialist

We are looking for a “After Sales Performance & Digital Transformation Specialist” to join our team at our Istanbul central office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in After Sales, operations, performance management, business analysis, or a related field,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Preferably knowledgeable in SAP,
  • Experience in KPI tracking, performance reporting, and data analysis,
  • Strong knowledge of budget planning, cost analysis, and financial reporting processes,
  • Actively involved in digital transformation projects (CRM, ERP, Field Service Management, reporting tools, etc.),
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and openness to innovation and continuous improvement,
  • High persuasion and representation capabilities,
  • Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills,
  • Innovative, creative, and solution-oriented,
  • A strong team player.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance indicators (KPIs) of the After Sales Technical Department,
  • Tracking key metrics such as revenue performance (LCS), productivity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction,
  • Providing analytical support during the annual budget planning process and performing budget vs. actual analyses,
  • Contributing to cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives,
  • Identifying digitalization opportunities in After Sales processes and acting as a business unit representative in digital transformation projects,
  • Monitoring project progress, preparing documentation, and collecting user feedback,
  • Supporting process improvement and standardization initiatives through analysis of existing workflows,
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
