Your Role:

As a After Sales Engineer, you will have the below responsibilities.

• Handle product repairs for units returned by customers.
• Manage Hikvision RMA and Service Center operations, including spare parts stock management.
• Promote and support the use of the Hikvision Authorized RMA System and related authorized service business.
• Provide on-site service support for projects when required.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in after-sales and service activities.

What We're Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience is preferred.
• Hikvision HCSA, CCST or other maintenance certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit analysis.
• Hands-on experience using soldering tools and hot air rework stations.
• Good command of written and spoken English; experience in preparing testing reports and providing technical feedback is a plus
