What are we looking for in this position?

•Leading service engineering digital projects. (ServiceGPT, ConnecTruck, Ticket system etc.)

•Preparing service maintenance charts and digitalizing the entire process.

•Using programs like SQL and Datamart and creating aftersales related reports.

•Providing supports related to the Ford Trucks Diagnostic Program (FODiT).

•Responsible for digitizing White Alert, PDI or RSA reports and tracking action plans in collaboration with relevant teams.

•Preparing all necessary repair and control manuals for digital systems.

•Following up on demands about digitalization from Service QR, committee, and similar meetings, and implementing action plans in collaboration with relevant teams.

•Tracking problems reported by field teams and ensuring potential quality issues are addressed by engineering.


Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies

•Strong knowledge of automotive systems

•Ability to analyze technical drawings, service manuals, and spare part catalogues.

•English proficiency (both written and spoken)

•Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

•Effective communication and stakeholder management skills (with engineering, Dealers, and field teams).

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.

•Adaptability to new projects, technologies, and changing priorities.

•Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.

•Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

•Ability to manage workload, prioritize, and meet deadlines.


Required Competencies:

•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical & Electronical.

•Min. 5 years of related professional experience,

•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills,

•Flexible and willing to work outside normal hours when necessary,

•Able and willing to travel domestically at short notice,

•Planning, organization and coordination skills and ability to use initiative,

•Familiar with CAD, technical drawings and manufacturing technique,

•Advanced level of English written and oral communication skills,
