Key Responsibilities

• Manage the work group to complete the power transformers installations on site as per the project plan, achieving quality standards

• Manage the assigned work group to complete on-site services to the customer as planned by the service manager

• Manage the assigned group to complete on-site maintenance services and measures during the product guarantee

• Ensure materials and tools required to complete assigned site jobs are proactively prepared and safely kept during the mission

• Coordinate with the customer and logistics to expedite the readiness of the site for the team visit

• Collaborate with the after-sales collection team to complete the punch list and provide evidence of job completion

• Troubleshoot product problems on site and report findings and course of action

Report weekly progress of installation and customer complaints to the direct manager

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• + 2 years in after-sales & Service.
