So, what responsibilities does the After-Sales Services Operations Specialist – International take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?


  • Within the scope of After-Sales Services Operations; to actively take part in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Call Center and Assistance services, Service Network Management, Replacement Vehicle Management, and Tire Supply and Replacement services, and to implement the necessary improvements.
  • To take an active role in the development of operational processes within the responsibility of the business unit, in line with customer demands and expectations.
  • To ensure the productization of After-Sales Services and the development of new services in a way that creates commercial value.
  • To lead process improvement initiatives by conducting process analyses and performing effective reporting.
  • To design solutions for process automation through the use of digitalization and AI technologies, and to actively participate in related projects.
  • To develop and implement new solutions together with suppliers in line with technological changes and customer expectations.
  • To carry out technical analysis, development, and reporting related to SSH processes.
  • To actively take part in process and cost optimization initiatives by implementing necessary actions and improvements.
  • To actively contribute to the determination of technical application conditions and requirements, and to play an effective role in the preparation of procedures, circulars, and specifications.


What are the Required Qualifications?


  • Bachelor’s degree from Engineering departments (preferably Industrial, Business, and/or Mathematics Engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking ability, and persuasion skills
  • Experience in planning and coordination
  • Experience in system development and performance monitoring
  • Experience in business/process analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Preferably experienced in ERP systems, integrations, and AI technologies
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
