After Sales Spare Part Export Sr. Specialist

Job Description

We want you to:

  • Manage export customs processes
  • Support warehouse about logistics issues
  • Organise loading processes and follow up
  • Coordinate the relations with customs office, insurance company, logistics service provider, etc
  • Export Documentation Process Management
  • Create export sales invoice, expense and follow up all processes with SAP
  • Follow up for shipments and customs clearance issues
  • Reports Sharing with related departments
  • Prepare customs decleration documents for arrival countries
  • Follow up all related documents for monthly closing

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business administration or related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, export or related fields,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Analytical thinking and having highly problem solving skills
  • Building collaboration with internal and external suppliers and customers,
  • Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
  • A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
  • Being open to communication is always o priority.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, respond to customer needs quickly and effectively, and adaptive to change
  • Strong statistical knowledge, highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
