Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage after-sales service operations, including workshop, service, and spare parts teams.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles.
  • Monitor service KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve operations.
  • Handle warranty claims, customer complaints, and technical support efficiently.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
  • Train and guide service advisors and technicians to enhance skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and UAE regulatory standards.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of after-sales experience in commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, or heavy vehicles).
  • Proven experience supervising service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams.
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.
  • Familiarity with warranty handling, spare parts, and fleet management.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and team management skills.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
