Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage after-sales service operations, including workshop, service, and spare parts teams.
- Ensure timely and high-quality repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles.
- Monitor service KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve operations.
- Handle warranty claims, customer complaints, and technical support efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
- Train and guide service advisors and technicians to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and UAE regulatory standards.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of after-sales experience in commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, or heavy vehicles).
- Proven experience supervising service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Familiarity with warranty handling, spare parts, and fleet management.
- Strong communication, customer service, and team management skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
