Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in similar field.

Role Overview:

As an Aftersales Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless installation, commissioning, and post-installation support of our products. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver technical excellence while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support during installation and commissioning
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair module-related issues efficiently
• Deliver post-installation technical assistance and customer support
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of aftersales processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Experience in aftersales or technical support is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or other reporting tools
• Willingness to work day or night shifts if required
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities

Salary:

AED 3,000 – 4,500 (Based on experience and qualifications)
