After-School Program Coordinator

Part-time | Weekdays (M-F, 3 pm-6:30 pm)

We are looking for a passionate and reliable After-School Program Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and manage engaging after-school activities for children ages 5+ yrs.
• Create a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students.
• Ensure consistency and commitment to the program’s goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with young children (teaching/tutoring a plus).
• Creative, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Prior experience in after-school coordination, summer camps, or enrichment programs preferred.
• Background in education, child development, or related fields is a plus.

Schedule:

• Weekdays, afternoons to early evenings.
