After-School Dance Teacher (Training Provided)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic after-school teacher to lead beginner-level dance classes for kids ages 3–10. No Irish dance experience required — we provide full training

The Meghan Torno School of Irish Dance is growing our team! We’re looking for an energetic and positive person who loves working with kids to help instruct our beginner-level dance classes. No Irish dance experience is required — we’ll train you in the curriculum. If you’re patient, energetic, and love helping kids build confidence, this role is for you. What you’ll do:

• Create a fun, welcoming class environment for young dancers
• Communicate warmly with parents during drop-off/pick-up
• Represent the studio’s values of excellence, community, and fun

What we’re looking for:

• Great with kids (teaching, childcare, coaching, or classroom experience)
• Fun, energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Dance or fitness experience helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right candidate

Details:

• Part-time, after school/evening hours. Some weekends.
• Consistent schedule; 2–6 hours/week to start

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
