Child Care Teacher

Faith Child Care is seeking a candidate for a full or time teaching position. Candidates will have daily interaction with children, parents and co-workers. Duties of this position include planning and implementing a Christian based program, creating and maintaining a safe, healthy environment for the children, planning daily activities that are developmentally appropriate for the children, observation and guidance of the children, monitoring and maintaining classroom equipment, communication with parents about the children's daily schedule and activities. Parent conferences will need to be done by the teacher twice a year. Candidates must be able to interact with the children at their level and have the capability to move quickly as needed between ground and standing position.

Completion of Shaken Baby Syndrome and SIDS training preferred. A health physical is required upon hire. Must have the ability to lift 40 lbs.
