Summary of duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

For After-School Program (weekdays)

• Meet and pick up students from assigned public schools.
• Check school homework for completion and accuracy.
• Guide students in completing daily assignments by explaining content and problem-solving.
• Review homework and address incorrect answers.
• Assign and assist with additional enrichment work.
• Promote positive character and a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain order and discipline in the classroom respectfully.

Education Level/Skills Requirements:

• At least one year of college-level education required.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be coachable, team-oriented, and demonstrate high moral integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and team members is important.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
