After School - Part Time Nanny DRIVER/CAR IMMEDIATE START

Busy, friendly family in Short Hills, NJ with dual working parents seeking to hire an experienced, active, nanny for 2 teens - grades 7 and 10. Target start ASAP in February but can work with the right candidate.

20 hours / week spread over 5 days, M-F between 2pm - 8pm each day, with 4 hour shifts per day. (Specific schedule to be agreed, some days done by 6pm, some done by 8pm). Up to 5 additional hours per week, if nanny is available. Priority would be given to a candidate who might have flexibility for occasional overnights when parents have business travel .

Ideal candidate should embrace working with older kids and be organized in managing a busy daily schedule while helping model good habits, maintaining positive and cheerful approach and building good relationships with family. Parents sometimes work from home.

Daily schedule involves overseeing homework time for 7th grader, helping with healthy snacks, school pickup, driving to activities, cooking dinner for family and helping keep kitchen and general areas tidy. Other responsibilities include kids laundry, grocery shopping, occasional errands, occasional organizational projects if free time in schedule.
