After-School Program Teacher

Job Description: We're looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic individual to help support our afterschool program. You'll supervise children Kinder - 5th, lead fun activities, and help ensure a safe, engaging environment

Location: AndrewsCamps in Corte Madera, across the street from the Corte Madera DMV

Hours:

School Year:

• Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri - 1:30- 6:00pm
• Wed - 11:30-6:00pm, with fluctuating schedule during specific weeks.

Summer & No School Days: Full time hours (9am-5pm) on No School days (holiday breaks, summer camps, etc.)

Compensation: Based on education and previous experience, see below for details.

• Teacher’s Aide- $18-21 based on experience
• Teacher - $20-22 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children during activities, play, and snack time
• Drive Shuttle to pick up children at local schools - must have clean driving record
• Help set up and clean up daily activities
• Promote positive behavior and support social-emotional growth
• Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents
