After School Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our TLE educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic growth. This role involves planning lessons, delivering instruction, and assessing student progress while supporting the diverse needs of all learners.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and active participation.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to address individual student needs.
• Provide support for students with special educational needs or behavioral challenges.
• Incorporate creative teaching methods such as theater arts or camp activities to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.

Skills

• Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
• Experience in special education practices to support diverse learners effectively.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to address various student needs.
• Background in early childhood education or daycare settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with first aid procedures to ensure student safety.
• Experience working with students in various capacities, including counseling or mentoring roles.
• Ability to integrate creative elements such as theater into lesson plans for enhanced engagement.
