After-School Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate After-School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have prior teaching or tutoring experience, and be able to create engaging and supportive learning experiences for students. This role is part-time, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and requires effective classroom management skills along with a commitment to fostering a positive after-school environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students during after-school hours in a safe and structured setting.
• Provide academic support, including homework help and skill-building activities.
• Develop and implement interactive and age-appropriate lesson activities that enhance learning.
• Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment through effective classroom management.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and school staff to support student learning and well-being.
• Incorporate educational games and technology when appropriate to make learning engaging.

Experience

• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) are required.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote a supportive and productive atmosphere.
• Ability to plan engaging activities and adapt to students’ individual learning needs.
• Reliability, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.
