Job Summary

Responsible for driving the growth and performance of Stellantis’ Independent Aftermarket business in Egypt. This includes supporting importers in enhancing sales of aftermarket brands, developing local commodity strategies, and expanding the IAM workshop network. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket landscape. The role will be based in Cairo, Egypt.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with importers to develop and implement sales strategies for aftermarket brands (e.g., Eurorepar, Bpro Auto, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide training and commercial support to importer teams to boost IAM product penetration.
  • Identify and develop local sourcing opportunities for IAM parts and commodities.
  • Ensure alignment with Stellantis quality standards and cost-efficiency targets.
  • Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to validate and integrate local suppliers.
  • Lead the expansion and development of the IAM workshop network across Egypt.
  • Define and implement standards for workshop operations, branding, and customer experience.
  • Support workshops with marketing, training, and operational tools to ensure network excellence.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to Stellantis regional and global teams.
  • Track KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, sales and marketing, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is considered advantageous.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably with a multinational OEM or IAM distributor.
  • Languages : proficiency in English (spoken and written), French is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of IAM products, workshop operations, and local market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in network development and commercial strategy execution.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to understand and address issues across multiple disciplines.
