Position Summary: Key Responsibilities

You will be a key member of the Aftermarket execution team. You are required to develop an excellent understanding of Enersul’ s technologies/equipment and build excellent relationships with the internal project and engineering teams to cater to the requirements of the new and existing customers. The strategic goals of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in technical reviews with the client’s EPC or technical group.
• Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with key vendors & clients.
• Identifying and removing bottlenecks experienced during client interactions on quality and expediting.
• Working with the vendors to manage customer expectations during the fabrication and delivery activities.
• Understand and implement “Zero Delay” during manufacturing and fabrication phase of the Aftermarket orders.
• Interaction with sub-vendors to coordinate technical information on a regular basis and through the procurement department for any commercial matters.
• Constant reporting to the Aftermarket team to foresee any potential delays and help mitigate delays.
