We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Aftermarket Spare Parts Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management of automotive spare parts. The role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting sales with accurate product and pricing information. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain efficient procurement and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for aftermarket spare parts
  • Manage purchasing operations, including RFQs, POs, shipment tracking, and delivery
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor stock movement
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor products
  • Support sales teams with product availability, pricing, and technical details
  • Coordinate logistics, imports, and documentation
  • Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with company policies

5 years’ experience in aftermarket spare parts

6,000 to 10,000 based on experience

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
