Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer complaints via BYD portal, emails and calls;
  • Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the product team;
  • Updating customer information in the company database;
  • Providing information about new and existing products and services;
  • Making sales and processing payments when necessary;
  • Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of experience in auto after-sales.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in the English and Turkish language.
  • Strong cross culture communication skills and cross-function coordination ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • NEV Technical background is preferable.
