Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer complaints via BYD portal, emails and calls;

Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the product team;

Updating customer information in the company database;

Providing information about new and existing products and services;
-
Making sales and processing payments when necessary;

Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree or higher.
-
5+ years of experience in auto after-sales.
-
Very good written and verbal communication skills in the English and Turkish language.

Strong cross culture communication skills and cross-function coordination ability.
-
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.

NEV Technical background is preferable.
