We are a Large farming Operation Based in Western Madera County.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Madera County, CA. The Shop Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the shop, including coordinating staff, managing inventory, and ensuring workplace safety. Key responsibilities include scheduling and supervising repairs and maintenance, ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining administrative records. The Shop Supervisor will also ensure adherence to operational and safety standards while promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience supervising teams effectively
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance processes, including equipment and supply management
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for team coordination and issue resolution
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures
• Previous experience in a supervisory role or in a related field is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in related industries are a plus
• Past experience as a farm equipment mechanic is necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
