Agency Management Specialist (Turkish & English Speaker) – Remote

We are hiring an Agency Management Specialist to join our international team.

Location: Remote
Language: Native Turkish required + English (B1–B2 minimum)
Experience: 1–5 years
Salary: 700$ – 1700$ (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with partner agencies
• Supporting onboarding of new agencies
• Monitoring partner performance
• Daily communication with partners
• Supporting business growth plans

Requirements:

• Native Turkish speaker
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in Account Management / Agency Management / Customer Support
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work remotely
