Agency Producer

THEM AGAIN is seeking a highly capable Agency Producer to bring ambitious creative ideas to life. This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and production execution. The Agency Producer will be responsible for translating creative concepts into executable production plans, ensuring ideas are delivered at the highest quality, within budget, and on schedule. This person will work exclusively on THEM AGAIN projects and act as the production liaison across: Internal teams (Creative, Account Management) NaF (when TA is producing with NAF) External production houses (when TA is producing with other PHs) Directors, line producers and specialist vendors The role requires someone who understands both agency culture and production realities - someone who protects the creative while managing logistics and costs with precision

1. Creative to Production Translation

• Interpret creative concepts and assess production feasibility
• Advise on executional approaches that elevate the creative while remaining commercially viable
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Account Management to ensure vision is protected throughout execution

2. Production Partner Management

• Identify, brief and manage production houses, directors and line producers
• Lead bid comparisons and recommend optimal production partners

• Negotiate budgets, timelines and scopes with production vendors • Oversee full production lifecycle (pre-production to delivery)

3. Internal Liaison (THEM AGAIN x NaF)

• Act as the production bridge between THEM AGAIN and NaF
• Align production workflows across internal group companies
• Ensure clarity on roles, responsibilities and handovers
• Manage cross-agency dependencies efficiently

4. Budget & Commercial Oversight

• Develop detailed production budgets
• Monitor cost tracking against approved estimates
• Ensure financial discipline and transparency across all projects
• Flag risks early and propose mitigation strategies

5. Production Supervision

• Represent THEM AGAIN on set when required
• Oversee production timelines including edit, grade, sound design, CGI and finishing

• Ensure final output meets agency creative and technical standards •

Requirement

4+ years experience in production (agency producer, line producer, or production house background) • Strong understanding of film, digital, social, CGI and content production workflows • Experience managing multi-vendor productions • Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments • Proven ability to manage budgets confidently • Experience working within integrated or group-agency structures is a plus
