Agency Producer – Farmers Insurance

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused Agency Producer to join our Farmers Insurance Agency team. As a Producer, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while growing your career in the insurance industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship driven environment.

There is 1 opportunity available at 3 seperate Farmers Agencies located in Azusa, Bell Gardens, and Whittier.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
• Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
• Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Must have an active California Insurance License in Property & Casualty or Life & Health (required).
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed based on experience, and include's a combination of base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
