We’re seeking a motivated, personable, and goal-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is about more than just selling policies — it’s about building trust, delivering peace of mind, and becoming a valuable resource for individuals and families in your community.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of 54k with first year OTE of 90k

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through warm leads, referrals, and outreach efforts
  • Understand client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, etc.)
  • Clearly communicate policy options and guide clients in making informed decisions
  • Close sales and develop long-term client relationships rooted in trust and service
  • Maintain accurate client records and interactions using our CRM system
  • Collaborate within a supportive, high-energy team environment

What You Bring

  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Drive to achieve goals in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Prior sales or customer service experience (a plus, but not required)
  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (we’ll help!)
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to make a difference
