Job Title: Broker Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Broker Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while providing excellent customer service and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
• Conduct property viewings and explain property features to potential clients.
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare and manage property listings on various platforms.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle required paperwork, contracts, and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends and property availability.
• Coordinate with property owners and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local property market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Own car is an advantage.
• Arabic and English speaking preferred.
