Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow company policies and quality standards.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
