Key Responsibilities

• 
  Grow your client base through networking, proactive outreach, and community involvement.

• Educate clients on our portfolio: auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products.

• Conduct needs assessments and design customized insurance strategies for each client.

• Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and consultations to proposing solutions and closing deals.

• Build lasting relationships with regular check-ins, policy reviews, and exceptional ongoing service.

• Consistently surpass sales targets with a focus on long-term client loyalty.

• Stay current on industry developments and maintain thorough knowledge of Farmers Insurance offerings.

Qualifications

• 
  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for sales success

• Strong organization, time management, and ability to work independently

• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus (not required)

• Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty)

• Bilingual ability is a plus
