The Agent Services Expert (ASE) plays a pivotal role in agent and company success and is a valuable resource for all things administrative, technical, and marketing at the branch level. We strive to deliver an elevated level of support to our agents and, by way of that, our clients.
The ASE is the smiling face that greets visitors and agents, meets management administrative needs, completes listing & transaction processing, generates marketing, manages office/facilities, trains agents in the adoption of company tools, systems, processes and resources.

AGENT TECHNOLOGY/SYSTEMS TRAINING & GUIDANCE
- Offer essential agent technical support including connectivity of agent devices to local networks and office equipment.
- Front-line support and trainer for all brand and company tools and technology.
AGENT LISTING/SALES PROCESSING
- Data entry of listings/sales into appropriate industry software
- Complete compliance checks for listings/sales files (required forms, signatures, initials, dates) and notify agents of missing items
- Complete templated marketing materials as needed (postcards, brochures, flyers)
- Support marketing coordination with marketing department for agent-requested items
GENERAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Front office reception with customers and agents
- Phone, Mail and Message routing
- Office and facilities management, including reception and waiting areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance of office copiers and technology
- Support administrative needs for office events, including sales meetings, group trainings, and community events
Position is approximately 40 hours per week. Experience in a real estate or title office is invaluable, but all outstanding candidates will be considered. This job is located in beautiful Whitefish, Montana.
