Agentic AI Engineer

Job Overview:

Cinnova is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in AI-driven automation, workflow orchestration, and applied ML development. The role focuses on building and deploying multi-step agent workflows using state-of-the-art frameworks and automation platforms. The engineer will work closely with senior architects to convert requirements into stable, production-ready agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Agentic AI Development

• Build multi-step AI agent workflows using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio Agents, AWS Bedrock Agents, or automation tools like n8n and Make.
• Implement intelligent retrieval, planning, tool calling, and step-by-step task automation using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar libraries.
• Deploy and configure agent pipelines that integrate external APIs, databases, vector stores, RPA tools, and enterprise business systems.
• Ensure workflows are reliable, observable, recoverable, and optimized for latency and cost. AI and ML Engineering
• Train, fine-tune, or evaluate smaller models and embeddings for specific tasks.
• Configure and deploy inference endpoints using AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, or on-prem platforms such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Manage model versioning, monitoring, experiment tracking, and data pipelines.

Automation and Integration

• Build automations that connect AI agents with CRMs, ERPs, internal tools, ticketing systems, or cloud services.
• Create reusable components for agent invocation, memory management, prompt templates, and decision trees.
• Work closely with DevOps to ensure stable deployments, CI/CD, and secure execution. Quality, Testing, and Reliability
• Conduct stress testing, fallback logic design, and scenario validation for agentic systems.
• Identify failure modes and implement error handling, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in AI engineering, automation engineering, or ML implementation.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for agent development.
• Experience using agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Stack, Azure AI Studio Agents, AWS Bedrock Agents, n8n, Make, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with open-source ML tools: Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, or similar.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI workloads.
• Strong experience building workflows that integrate APIs, data pipelines, vector stores, and external systems.
• Strong skills in Python or JavaScript for implementing agent logic.
