Agentic AI & Full Stack

We're looking for experienced engineers who can combine AI expertise, strong engineering skills, business understanding, and customer-focused thinking to build impactful AI products.

What We're Looking For

• Exposure to European real-estate markets, PropTech, customers, and enterprise business environments

• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, sales intelligence, and customer acquisition

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Understanding of cost optimization, financial planning, and ROI-driven solution design

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure AI application development

• Hands-on experience building production-grade GenAI applications

• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Agentic AI, MCP, and workflow automation, plus

best agentic coding practices (Claude Code, Codex)

• Full-stack development experience across modern frontend and backend technologies

• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and software architecture

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
