Aggregator Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all food delivery aggregator platforms, including Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Keeta, and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date menus, pricing, product descriptions, images, modifiers, and availability.
• Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns, discounts, sponsored ads, and featured listings to maximize online sales.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, conversion rates, and platform KPIs, providing recommendations to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Kitchen, and Finance teams to ensure menu accuracy, product availability, and campaign execution.
• Monitor customer ratings, reviews, and platform feedback, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Work closely with aggregator account managers to negotiate campaigns, improve visibility, and optimize platform performance.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including sales, campaign ROI, and platform analytics.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and aggregator platform requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing food delivery aggregators within the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in menu management, pricing, promotions, sponsored campaigns, and online sales optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience working with multiple food delivery platforms is required.
