Agile Business Analyst – Corporate Digital Channels

The Agile Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering the requirements and ensuring Quality Assurance during the implementing a Payment capability on Corporate Digital Channels. The Agile BA works as part of the delivery team to document the detailed requirements using User Journeys and User Stories by engaging with business SMEs, Product Managers, Product Owners and IT teams (Architects, Developers and other team members).

The Agile BA is also responsible for developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategy and creating test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and user Journeys and user stories. This role also demands the execution of the test cases in an Agile team and communicating the test results to internal and external stakeholders and to maintain direct relationships with SMEs and project teams.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of overall experience having at least 2 years’ experience with Agile methodology projects.
• Must have experience in delivering Corporate Banking Channels Web, Mobile app.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking products and services.
• Must have hands on experience with Corporate offering for Cash Management – Instant Payments & Proxy/Alias/Overlay Payments, WPS Payroll, Tax Payments, UAEPGS, Collection Mandates Management, Virtual Account Management.
• Must have experience in preparing Business Requirements, User stories, User journeys and UML diagrams.
• Must have experience in preparing test cases, execution, defect logging, and resolution management.
• Must has experience in publishing daily / weekly status reports at all levels.
• Must have experience in working with Global or Regional Banks in UAE/Middle East.
• Experience with previous project deliveries for cash products - iBanking, Intellect, LMS, DDS, WPS, Swift, UX UAE etc. will be an added advantage.
• Experience with H2H, API Banking, Open Finance is nice to have.
