Role Purpose
The Agile Implementation Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer projects after sales closure. The role ensures that delivery-only and delivery-with-installation projects are executed efficiently, on time, and with a consistent customer experience.
Key Objectives
- Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Execution
- Act as the single customer focal point during implementation
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and scope
- Reduce post-sale escalations and execution risks
- Free Sales teams from operational responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and validate formal handover from Sales using approved handover checklist
- Confirm project scope (delivery-only or delivery + installation)
- Develop and manage project execution timelines
- Coordinate logistics, installation, lab, and vendor activities
- Serve as the primary communication interface with the customer during implementation
- Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Proactively escalate issues to prevent delays
- Ensure customer acceptance and sign-off upon completion
- Coordinate transition to warranty, service, or support teams
- Update project status in ERP or project tracking tools
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
