Help draft and refine creative briefs that capture testing objectives, messaging strategies, and desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Facilitate communication and alignment across pod members, driving clarity, accountability, and effective collaboration.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and analytics teams to execute test plans, and measure performance; Maintain documentation of testing strategies, processes, and results.
Help coordinate daily stand-ups, meeting recaps, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support efficient workflows.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Sr. Manager, Brand Advertising & Marketing. You will have 2 peer teammate(s) and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
As our Agile Marketing, Project Manager, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD. Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.
The salary range for this position is $85,294 - $100,220 annually.
