We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects while driving agility and transparency across the portfolio. This hybrid role combines strong project management expertise with agile facilitation and intake coordination. The Agile Project Manager will partner with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, streamline intake processes, coach teams on agile principles, and ensure high-quality delivery of solutions that align with organizational priorities.

Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end management of technology initiatives, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations, and cloud migrations.
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, risks, and trade-offs.
- Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource capacity.
Agile Facilitation & Coaching:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization, refinement, and readiness.
- Remove impediments to team progress and protect teams from external disruptions.
- Promote a culture of self-organization, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Track and report on delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) to identify improvement opportunities.
Project/Ticket Intake & Coordination:
- Serve as the central point of entry for new software support tickets & project requests, ensuring completeness and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with requestors to validate objectives, success criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate governance approvals, prioritization sessions, and pipeline visibility.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting on intake volume, approval rates, and project pipeline status.
- Provide clear, timely communication with stakeholders on intake status and updates.
- All other duties as assigned by management

Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing technology-focused projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), system architecture, and IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification.
- Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or cybersecurity.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
