Agile Scrum Master II ( Minimum 12+ Years ) Location : Austin Texas
Service Term Expected: 5-month duration (with the possibility of a renewal)
This role requires onsite presence 5 days per week.
Candidates must reside in the Austin area
SCRUM Certified
AASHTOWare Project experience = Experience using DOT highway construction management software to manage contracts, payments, inspections, and reporting for transportation projects.
hands-on experience working with the AASHTOWare Project software system used by transportation departments (mainly State Departments of Transportation – DOTs) to manage highway construction projects and contracts.
NOTE : The candidate should have practical working experience using the software in real transportation projects - AASHTOWare Project product experience

Responsible for monitoring the agile processes and meetings related but not limited to the AASTHOWare Project platform and projects. Increases team efficiency, motivates the team, spins, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. Ensures
observance of DoD (Definition of done).

Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Agile development tools & practices

• Experience managing development teams/work

• Experience writing user stories

• Experience grooming a working backlog

• Experience managing business stakeholders through a review/approval process

• Knowledge of and/or experience with software development, testing, and quality assurance methodologies.

• Familiarity with web services, REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL

• Expertise working with data structures and algorithms

• Experience with COTS products

• DevOps, ADO, JIRA experience

• SCRUM Certified

• AASHTOWare Project product experience

Pay: $50.00 - $62.00 per hour
