Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a passionate and skilled AI-Driven Scrum Master / Intelligent Delivery Orchestrator to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Delivery Operations department supporting cross-functional engineering and product teams, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, fostering an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and collaborative growth.

Job Title: AI-Driven Scrum Master / Intelligent Delivery Orchestrator

Location: Houston, Texas

Pay Range: 60-65/Hr

What's the Job?

• Modernize and optimize delivery workflows using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance team productivity and predictability.
• Leverage Azure DevOps and AI insights to analyze sprint flow, identify bottlenecks, and surface risks early for proactive management.
• Support backlog refinement by utilizing AI to improve story clarity, acceptance criteria, and dependency visibility, ensuring readiness for sprints.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination by uncovering dependencies and delivery impacts through AI-driven insights, promoting alignment and transparency.
• Generate automated reports, dashboards, and summaries using M365 and Copilot Studio to streamline governance and leadership updates.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, M365-based AI, workflows, or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and AI insights for better decision-making.
