Job Description
You will be the Agile Scrum Master 2 for the Simulation Data Management (SDM) team which is responsible for driving digital‑transformation initiatives within Engineering & Technology.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Agile Scrum Master 2 you will be responsible for leading a high‑performance, multi‑disciplinary Scrum team, facilitating the full Scrum lifecycle, and removing impediments that span technical domains and unique SDM constraints.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Lead the team on Agile best practices and hold the team accountable within the LM‑X framework.
Maintain and organize the product backlog.
Collect and monitor team metrics to ensure successful execution.
Remove barriers and impediments that hinder progress.
Facilitate daily stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
