Excellent People management skills: Have hired, managed, fired and grown the Ops team under him/her.

Experienced to handle 100-200 team members.

Experience working in high pressure target driven roles with high volume SKUs.

Ability to prioritize - Plan, deploy resources efficiently: prioritize multiple operations in the field and know which one to focus on.

Process Adherence: Ability to create processes and see to it that they are implemented across the team.

Hands-on experience on Google sheets and Word to ensure proper data records and planning.

Should have prior experience of Vendor or Operator Management.

Conversational Fluency in Local Language.

Ability to work long and odd hours. Flexible (and should have done) to be in field early morning, late nights and for long hours on field.

Attention to detail - doesnt miss out on small details, asks probing questions to understand underlying issues and go deeper into the problem.
